"This was to be a two day job. They finished in a day and a half. They cleaned up the yard. Did a great job sealing all vents. The job was done quickly and looks great. Every time I called the company they knew who I was and the status of the job. The customer service was outstanding. They were not the least expensive, but I will always pay extra for great quality and personable customer service. <br />"

"I have some good things to say about them and I have not so good things to say about them. Initially when I called them, I told them what I wanted but they guy that they sent out didn't have all the details that I told the guy who I set the job up with. That was a little bit frustrating but we kind of worked through that. Based on him not knowing everything that I told the guy who I set the appointment with, he didn't have all the tools that he needed. He had to run to Home Depot and get some tools. When they do that, they charge you for the time. As far as the actual quality of the work, I think they did a good job. I thought it was a little pricey for what they were doing. They should have better note taking when somebody makes the appointment because I wanted the detail about everything that I needed. The guy that came out to do the work didn't have all that or he acted like he didn't have all those details. I have to go over it all over again. He was only prepared for part of it."

"<p>I always feel like you don't really know a company when everything goes perfectly. How they treat you when there's a problem, large or small, tells the whole story. It was a small problem, probably our fault anyway, and was handled successfully.  </p> <p>Our old white icky tubs and surrounds are now modern, gleaming tan and look brand new. I don't even know how much money we saved over what it would cost to replace them but I know it's a lot, not to mention the upset that would have been caused in having such a major project done. He greeted us with a smile and a hand shake and we showed him our home and he asked us about our hot areas and cold. He went into our attics, took the measurements. Meanwhile it's Texas and our temps are 100 out side. He said he would get with us on a quote. They were prompt, cheerful & courteous. They kept any mess that was made picked up. Already can feel the difference it is making our home comfortable. I would highly recommend Smith Insulation will be having them back to insulate my husband's work garage. <br />"

"We had a new heating A/C unit installed by the Darville Co last week. Ann Darville helped us choose the right unit for our house and our budget. She made an appointment that worked with our schedules. The 2 men who did the actual install, Israel and Vince, were great. They were on time, very professional, answered all our questions, were nice to my dogs, and even cleaned up after themselves. The new unit fit in the old space but wouldn't fit through the existing door frame. Darville made all the arrangements to make sure a new door and frame were properly installed and painted. Everything was perfect and we highly recommend The Darville Company."
