"Great. I called the office mid-morning July 2, 2019, indicated the water heater was leaking, and they had the new one installed by 6 P.M. the same day. They were very professional, cordial, and obviously knew what they were doing. The old water heater was 19 years old and they upgraded the installation to the new Oklahoma City codes."

"Triple Play installed an HVAC system in my house about a year ago. They did bad work so I put negative reviews about them online. About a year later, my A/C quit working. So I called Triple Play. Triple Play said I defamed them with my negative reviews so they will never provide me with any service. So I called Patriot Heating and Air. The Patriot man came and looked at my system. First, he said they installed a 3-ton unit but my 1,000 sq. ft. house only needs a 2 or 2.5-ton. Triple Play installed a 2-stage system but a single stage thermostat. I had to pay to get a new thermostat. The Patriot man said whoever installed the system did a very bad job - they wired everything wrong. So I had to pay to have it all rewired. There were more problems but I won't go into them now. I took out a $16,000 loan for Triple Play's HVAC to be installed. The Patriot guy said he would have charged $8,000 (labor included). I do not suggest that anyone use Triple Play. They cheated me and damaged my house and left it that way."

"They dug a huge hole in my front yard looking for the existing water service line to the house. They dug up three shrubs that I had planted earlier in the year. The company?s pipe locator was not there when they started digging. If he had been, this mess could have been averted. After they called him back they dug up another shrub to get at the existing line. The work they did to install a new water service line was satisfactory. Now I just have a wrecked front yard ."

"Mollman/Culligan Services Co is the best in the business. To get me going, Lex came out & showed me how unhealthy my well water was. Lex took the time to educate me, explaining each stage of the process of getting my water to where it should be. Lex's expertise, made the decision process effortless and stress free. The install crew was equally impressive. These pros put the system together in no time & it really looks top shelf. The finished product is truly a work of art. Thank you Eric, Armando & Lance for putting together a system built specifically for my needs. Well done Brian for hiring the most talented customer service techs in the business."

"Beware of very high pricing! Please shop around and get multiple quotes. We called Gordon's because their name was on the furnace of a house we bought. It ended up being a gas control valve. They quoted me $1,200 to repair it. I knew something was off so I told them I'd think about it, and ended up having to pay a $99 service fee for them to come look at it. I did some research and called another company we used before. Parts and labor were $400 total for the same problem/fix and they fixed it within an hour. No service fee charged. What a rip. Call that a $99 lesson learned. Not only that, when we called to ask them to initially come out they did not tell us up front it would cost $99 to just look and diagnose it. I tried calling Gordon's today to reconcile this problem and they stuck to their guns. So I'm writing this to ask people to please consider getting a second quote to prevent double or in my case, triple paying for an easy fix."

"The process was quick and easy. I just provided a water sample. It was determined that I had high levels of chlorine in our drinking water. I was able to solve my water problems with only one filter. Why did I wait years to have this done? Now I can be confident that our water is safe. Highly recommended."

"On April 14, 2025, I entered into contract with Oklahoma Custom Drainage and Construction for a driveway project in front of my property. for $ 10,972. Despite the company assurance that all the work was done in house with the proper permits, the City of Lawton Building Division has issued me a citation for construction without a permit. The work performed doesn't meet the minimum city requirements for thickness, rebar installation and it is too narrow to accommodate the width of my truck. When I contacted their office with concerns regarding the citation from the city for the lack of permit and to express my concerns for the aforementioned deficiencies the company director of operations got very defensive stating that the job was closed, inspected, completed in accordance with all legal code standards. Furthermore, she stated, to direct all my concerns to their subcontractor. When I indicated that I hire them not the subcontractor, she refused to further communicate with me. "
