We had an emergency service call one day when our furnace started acting up. He assessed the problem and took a great deal of time and explained everything to us. He gave us some great options and even make some recommendations for other products and services we asked about. They quoted us a price for the part they had to order and I approved it. Ironically, I called a few days later and told them I found the part substantially less somewhere else (and it was something I was able to install myself) and they worked with me on the price a bit.
