"Cleaned fireplace smoke chamber and flue, removed old damper and installed new roof cap and damper, rebuilt crown and completed mortar work inside the fireplace. All work was done as per original time and money estimates and the crew did a good job of keeping us informed of progress and taking pictures to ensure we were happy with the finished product."

We initially had only planned a patio and walkway but after consulting with Jeff he gave us a design with lights, a fire pit and bbq station. They operated form the roof and inspected the entire chimney from top to bottom. Both men answered my lay questions kindly and with plenty of detail about minor and major issues they found and the forecasted schedule of when I should address them. They did NOT do the classic inspect-and-force-you-into-buying-a-new-liner routine and that was much appreciated.  They took their time and did not rush the service or question/answers. They earned credibility and next year or so when I replace the liner, I will call upon them for sure. I recommend this company.

"I have a wood-burning fireplace that I don’t use to burn wood. I have an electric insert instead. But the flue would not stay closed. Last winter was very very drafty in my living room. I reached in and tried to fix it myself but did not have the tools or the ability but the gentleman from Fixed and Fair had both. He was here just a short time and did not charge me anything. I would recommend this company highly. (But would like to suggest they put their address on their business cards. I had to look it up on Google to enter this review above!)"
