"Arrived at 9:30 am. Installation went smoothly. They took away the old system. Very happy with the new Carrier system. They showed me how to program the digital thermostat. I was without AC for a week because my old AC's condenser coil had a leak in the aluminum part. My condenser was mismatched with my air handler/evaporator so the whole system needed to be replaced. These guys did a great job and cleaned up the work debris after."

"This was both heating and cooling install, plus replacing my UVC filtration and AC condenser. He showed the areas in my old furnace where oil and dust/ dirt had accumulated ( original to the build in 1990) Also using the wrong size filter for years. 🙃"

We installed our A/C towards end of March 2013, but didn't move into the house until March 2014. When our unit was giving us problems, they came out and took care of the issue, and everything works great now. (The blower cable came loose).

We also recently purchased a new return box to replace our old one, and Jon was very courteous and did a good job.

"Owner Andrew came to the house and provided good advice on selecting a replacement AC unit. I took his advice and his crew installed on time and provided me with an great AC unit and cleaned up the site upon leaving. Reason for less than a 5 rating was the demand at 7:00 PM on the evening of the install for payment before the install was complete. Left very bad impression. I gave them half downpayment check which cleared without a problem and I was prepared to write a check upon completion of the install. The 7 PM demand for immediate payment buy credit card prior to install completion undid a lot of hard earned goodwill. Totally puzzling and a lot of unnecessary disappointment"
