Fabian arrived onsite at the appointed time and day. Fabian surveyed all my plumbing line before starting the job. He took care of my clog in record time and charged a fair price. "After 4 service visits and dealing with an arrogant manager named Dominic our Lennox furnace still has the same issue as we had from the 1st service call, plus they have the audacity to send us invoices for each call even though they failed to fix the problems. I provided photos of the thermostat showing the temperature of 63 degrees even though the heat is set to 69 degrees. They ignore your point when attempting to explain the issue and attempt to strongarm you with every excuse they can fabricate. In addition the 1st tech caused a gas leak in the furnace that Landis refused to accept responsibility. My gas was shut off for over 24 hours causing my indoor temperature to go to 42 degrees. I?m going to take IT Landis to court and sue for damages, etc?PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM"

"I AM LIVID WITH THEIR SERVICE. My husband and I have been living in our home 4 years without a single issue with our cooling system. We had UGI come out to "service" our system and said everything looked great....2 months later something with our compressor blew...that was $400. Then this morning, less than 30 days later, we apparently needed a brand new thermostat.....another $400 and guess what? MY HOUSE IS STILL NOT COOLING DOWN. So I called and said how it is absolutely ridiculous that there is still an issue especially after charging us to "fix" the thermostat. I am obviously frustrated. I work from home, its hot and I am pregnant with 4 pets in my home that are distressed from the rising heat and their customer service agent has the audacity to be BEYOND RUDE and tell me "to have a better day" as if it was MY FAULT...ok. It is very odd that ever since they came to "service" our central air system they've had to come back THREE TIMES and the system STILL NOT WORK. BEWARE!"

"This company is a MASSIVE RIPOFF and they take advantage of older people. Hear me out. My elderly parents had a leaky toilet. AJ wanted $1900 to replace a $300 toilet. Yes $1900 plus tax. INSANE. Did it ourselves. What on earth are they doing for $1600 install of a TOILET?! Unfortunately AJ ripped my parents off a number of years ago because they were too ?independent? to call their kids when they needed a new HVAC units. Charged my parents $25,000! I just built a new house with new HVAC and duct work throughout the entire house with top of the line units for $18,000. Basically they took my elderly parents for about $10k more than they should have paid. Please do yourself a favor and shop around. Use places with less overhead. The owners are laughing all the way to the bank because people just aren?t informed. Glad my parents have wised up and won?t use them anymore. They don?t do bad work, they are just insanely overpriced. "
