I do not charge for estimates. If the owner wishes me to design and draw plans fees are charged based upon what the owner wishes for me to do and develope. I will give a homeowner a price based upon what they want and work with them if their wants are over their budgets to get the most for their money. We are especially sensitive to homeowners knowing that they are living in the home when we are doing work and make sure that we use every precaution to keep the jobsite clean and safe for everyone in the family.
