"The two gentlemen arrived quite punctually and were very thorough. The furnace chimney did not require sweeping, nor did my fireplace, but they were able to take a look at the fireplace and advised me not to use it until it had been properly outfitted (it's an older fireplace, so this was not a surprise!) Instead of just completing the basic inspection and leaving, they also examined my dryer vent and took a look at my ductwork to see if it needed cleaning - and upon seeing I have some rather difficult to work with ducts, recommended another company because they felt they'd do the better job! Great to work with, punctual, honest folks, and fairly priced. What more can you ask from service people?"

"I got the referral for Peachey  Complete Chimney Services by a couple of co-workers that high recommended them. <br /> We called, but there was not machine to leave a message. They had called back a few minutes later. They have caller ID, so they returned our call. They gave us a ruff estimate over the phone, which was very promising ($800). <br /> He was going to come to the house and give us a proper estimate. <br /> They called on a Tuesday morning asking if we would be home. They were going to be in the area and wanted to stop by to check things out. We live in Runville, which is a small village out side of Bellefonte. <br /> I told them my husband didn't have to be at work until 2pm, so anytime before that would be fine. <br /> Well, unknown to me, my husband had made an appt. for 12:30pm and Peachey had not arrived before he left. <br /> When I got home around 6pm, there was an estimate on the back porch. They must have eyeballed it since we where not home. <br /> <br /> The estimate was for a little less then the phone estimate, so we agreed to go with this service. We called and left a message that we wanted to move forward with the chimney liner and to let us know when they would be available. They called back and said they would get back to us. This was on a Friday. <br /> We took Monday off for a family event, but when we got home around 8pm, there was a bill on the back porch. Here Peachey had come and did the service. We found 3 messages on our machine, the last being at 4:15pm, they wanted to get the service in that day. So, Peachey was able to do the service even though we were not home. <br /> (Note: we have outside access to our cellar where the furnace is. The door to the first floor was shut and our cellar is unfinished. We had no concerns about anyone being able to get into the rest of the house.) <br /> <br /> They were quick, everything was cleaned up, nothing left behind.  Overall it was an very good experience. We will definitely use them again."

"Tom and his assistant were due to arrive Monday morning. However an emergency came up and they needed to reschedule for Tuesday, which was not a problem. They were punctual and worked diligently the entire time. They cleaned all areas as requested and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.
