"I have a 34 yr old water softener that was rebuilt almost 20 yrs ago and felt it needed to have the resin replaced. I contacted numerous companies, most of which told me it needed to be replaced without even seeing it. I spoke with Perry Lombardo at Royal Water Co who said he would replace the resin at what I found to be a reasonable fee. When Perry came to my home, he asked why I wanted to replace the resin. I stated that it was nearly 20 yrs old and didn't feel my water was as soft as it had been. He tested my water and found it to be at a sufficiently soft level. He checked the water softener and informed me that I didn't need to replace the resin but gave me the option. I chose not to have the resin replaced and asked what I owed him. I was astounded when he said there was NO charge. In this day and age, rarely do you encounter a company this honest. I will not hesitate to call Perry at Royal Water Co for my future water softener needs."
