"Mr. Cooper saved us a lot of time and money by diagnosing our problem over the phone. Our 5 year old water softener was delivering soft water for approximately the first 500 gallons, but the water would become hard even though the water softener meter indicated we should have several hundred gallons of soft water left. Based on discussions with the company that made the softener, and the plumber that installed it, we thought maybe the resin was going bad; however, Mr. Cooper suggested the water softener seemed to be functioning fine, but we may have a leak (or other water usage) that was not triggering the meter, and we should save ourselves money by exploring that possibility first. After we hung up the phone, we thought about what he had told us, and realized it might be our R/O system that we have been using more frequently to fill our humidifiers. Sure enough, when the R/O water tap is turned on, it was not triggering the water softener meter. This led us to realize our R/O system needed a new membrane filter to help with its efficiency, as due to its age, we could be losing anywhere from 3-25 gallons of water for each gallon of purified water - all of which was softened water, but not flowing enough to trigger the water softener meter. Mr. Cooper had accurately diagnosed the problem and saved us a lot of money and frustration! Someday, when we do need a new water softener, we will definitely call Cooper's Water Conditioning!"

"I could not be happier with the work performed by C&J. I was desperate to replace a very dirty cast iron case well that was erratically providing enough water and never clean water. C&J thoroughly explained the options for a new well to be dug and the new water line bored to the house. I was a seamless operation taking only 1 1/2 days to complete. I then had C&J provide a new water softener specially designed for a well. They removed old equipment. My whole house seems cleaner now with good water."

"It went real well. They info they provided was wonderful and the workers were good. They came in and got it done. We were going through a lot of bags of salt, but the new water softener they put in, uses much less. When we buy salt, they will put it in 5 gallon buckets to make it easier to carry. "Let me sing the praises of Danny Phillips!  I was quoted $75 to snake a slow flushing toilet.  The price was on par or lower than other quotes.  Other quotes immediately tried to soften me up to the idea of a new toilet.  Not Mr. Phillips.  He said during the estimate that he'd do everything he could to get the existing toilet working.  As I had guests coming for the weekend he fit me right into his schedule the next day.  He called and  was right on time.  Friendly and affable, he went right to work, and worked up a sweat snaking the toilet.  That did not solve the problem.  The problem, it turned out, was that calcium had built up just inside the hole in the toilet where the water, etc., egresses.  He scaled off the build-up by hand and got the toilet working again.  This extra work came at NO extra charge.  (Recall the estimate was to snake the toilet.)  He also told me how to treat the bowl with a solution to completely get rid of the mineral build-up in the bowl of the toilet.  This I did the next day and now have a toilet like new.  I RECOMMEND DANNY PHILLIPS WITHOUT HESITATION. <br />"

"On a previous service call, technician Brandon recommended bypassing a non-working water softener to improve water pressure in the house. Today, I noticed a leak from the water softener and called for service. Brandon came and completed the service in a very short time. Water pressure is now very good. Dispatcher Larry and Brandon deserve an A++ for their responsiveness in this situation. I had very limited time before leaving for work, and Brandon was here within a half hour of my call."

"We initially called after regular working hours when we realized we had no water. He gave us an idea of what the problem most likely was and told us he would come by but that it would be a couple days. It was about three days later when he came out with a replacement water softener. It was needed rather than repair (our old softener was about 17 years old) and it would have been a costly repair. He did a great installation - had to go through the house and clear all the water lines. He was very polite, and professional. We were disappointed at how long it took, but it was okay. They offered more of the amenities. They were nice and worked with our schedule. They were very professional. I would ask them more questions, but I would use them again."
