"Everything went very well. we discussed what had to be done over the phone. He requested some measurements which I gave him. He said he would check his stock for the required materials and then he get back to me. He called back saying he had the materials and told me what it would cost and how long the repair would take. We sent up an appointment. He was on time and the job came out great and he was also right on with his time estimate. He even did one or two small things that we did not talk about and even though I offered to pay him for them he declined saying it was no problem.
