"It went very well.  He showed up on time, found the issue quickly and had the parts on hand.  He explained and showed me the part that was broken.  He suggested that I have my dryer vents cleaned which I did two days later by COIT.    Two weeks later the dryer stopped drying again.  They came over the next day and identified a heating coil that had broken.  He apologized and only charged me for the cost of the part and not for the trip or labor.

"I had some water spots in my sealing near some of my air ducts, so I thought I had a water leak related to my AC. Henry came out right on time and did work to show me that the leak was likely from my shower line. He didn’t even charge me for that work as it was not in the scope of stuff he normally does! He suspected that I might have a Freon leak my coils, and when he couldn’t find a major one, we checked outside, and when that didn’t show a major leak, he recommended I call him Back and he would personally come back out when the temperature was hotter to get better pressure readings. I have very high standards for service and integrity, and Henry greatly exceeded both."

"Called and asked them to bring and install a thermal couple on a gas water heater, because pilot light would not stay on. They sent a Master Plumber, who looked at the pilot light and said it would not stay lit and Tried to sell me a new water heater. They then sent 2 plumbers, took 5 minutes to replace TC. Water Heater works fine now. Cost $205 not $1600 for a new heater."

Replaced that OLD sump pump cleaned out the trash in the well of the sump pump also. Installed the new one for a good price, he quoted me first before he started the job. I will call him again. "Our A/C system went out, we called a company that we had used before. The guy came out the next day to look at it, he told me the fan motor was out and that he could replace it for $355, or I could replace the whole Lennox system for $6,100. Regardless they were too booked up to do it for at least two days.. So I called a few family members and I was referred to Green Leaf Air. I gave them a call and I spoke with Ben, I told him what was going on, and he asked me to send pictures of my system. I sent them, and he explained that that particular system was not at all worth $6100. Ben explained that I was being completely ripped off. He said right over the phone that I could have a brand new Ameristar system installed for $2000, and they could come and install it that day. Two hours later the sweetest A/C guys were out at our house, installing the brand new Ameristar. I am still amazed at the honesty and integrity of this company and their employees.. We are SO grateful for this referral. I have never dealt with an A/C company like this, they didn't trick me into ANY hidden costs, or even try to sell me something.. Ben simply told me the price, my husband and I immediately agreed. The installation was quick, and the price was the LOWEST price I can find for a brand new complete Ameristar A/C system. "The gentleman was polite and told me his price with parts and labor. Then I asked him can I buy the part and install it my-self.
He said sure can which was very kind of him and he even came back to show me where I had one wire off to make it work.

"Steve has worked for us in the past and we were always pleased with him. We are presently researching air conditioners and he has given us some estimates. We are kind of mulling it and have not decided on what we are going to do about that. He has done a good job for me in the past. He is an honest, good, reliable individual for the work. We are considering a unit on just one side of our house right now. But we are undecided. He has replaced another unit on the other end of the house about four years ago. I don’t remember how much the replacement was but it was reasonable. What stood out the most was his willingness to work with us. He took into consideration what my thoughts were about it.
