"Had just back into an older house built in 1990. Water system was, I am guessing, original. Softener and iron/sulfur removal with cleaning based on number of days. Salt for softening and chlorine for sulfur removal. The Complete new system is now based on usage not time. No chlorine now, new one uses air to recharge. Plus they put in a great four filter reverse osmosis filter in kitchen for drinking and cooking. We were nervous about drinking well water from a shallow well adjacent to a golf course what will all the poisonous stuff they use on the grass. They were very professional and courteous. Had several bids. They were the only ones that brought testing equipment with them so they could determine what was in the water. That made me feel great about them and that we got what we needed ant not just something that they were selling. Not the cheapest but water is essential to life, ours. Now I am comfortable we have what we needed."

"I generally do not respond to reviews but this time I feel compelled. All Star Plumbing is probably the best contractor I have ever hired. I have well water and the system stopped working. Larry (the VP) came out and I had running water in the house after he finished working on the system. It was late in the afternoon but he went the extra mile so I at least had water. It was not drinkable but I could now I could flush the toilet. A few days later All Star Plumbing came back and installed a new reverse osmosis system. Now I have drinkable water. Larry came back several times to check and make sure everything was working. So often you take water for granted until you lose it.
