"Beware - Patriot will not stand behind any problems they cause with existing equipment, no matter how long they have serviced it. Ten years ago I found Patriot on an app like this and have been happy with them UNTIL 4 days ago. Four days ago they came out to perform seasonal maintenance. The tech made a 'rookie' mistake (per owner Jake) which ended up making it necessary to replace a circuit board. I offered to pay half the cost. Jake refused saying he wouldn't accept the offer. WHAT? I'm having to repair my HVAC - which was working efficiently and no issues - at my expense because their 'rookie' tech broke something? This is not the way to do business. Please cancel my service contract and refund my money. Interesting question at the end of this review: 'would you hire them again?' H*** NO"

"Midwest replaced my 23 year old Lennox home HVAC system with a new, top of the line, high efficiency, Lennox system for a reasonable price. I was impressed with the fast, free, custom tailored, detailed estimate, the ability to have the new system installed within just a couple of days, and the speed and quality of the installation team. The estimator (Tom) arrived just two hours after I called, was very personable, very knowledgeable, and helped me select the right components at the right price (with guidance about unit costs, efficiencies, energy savings, rebates and tax credits) to match my criteria. I liked that he had many years of experience, and he went above and beyond to make sure my new system (which replaced a broken system) was installed before an upcoming cold blast. I received two other estimates, and they did not go near as well, with a generic good, better, and best high priced estimate (without input from me) from one company, and another company selling only units from lower quality manufacturers. The installation team started at 8:30 am, and went right to work. They also had many years of experience, and were ready for my walk-thru at 3:00 pm. They did a great job in a short time. Nice! Overall, I can highly recommend Midwest for home HVAC system installations."

"I have had a home warranty plan with ABMay for several years and always get great service. Today Joshua White did my annual plumbing inspection and when I mentioned I'd be getting new toilets soon he let me know of the wonderful credit I had and the next thing I knew...he installed my 2 new toilets in record time today at a great price. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions( tolerated my puppy)as well as gave me information. Once again I'm very satisfied with this company and their technicians."

"Blue Duck Plumbing has done a great, professional, and expert job with any plumbing project I've had over the last 5 years (especially Philip). He sourced and replaced my house water filter's carbon tank, along with installing some extras to make replacing annual sediment filters an easier task. In the past he's moved a gas pipe that was in a terrible place in my storage room to help get it out of the way, and installed and perfectly leveled a fussy ice maker at the bar. He always gives friendly quotes and expert advice, is patient when going over any instructions, cleans up after the work, and he's training his fellow plumbers to do all of those same things. I will always trust Blue Duck Plumbing for any plumbing project."

"Willis, from Lutz came to the house and gave me a quote to hook up three faucets and raise one of the waste lines which was too low on the cabinet. He stated that it would take three hours to do the whole job and that Lutz management wanted to charge me 1,000+ for the whole thing. 3 hours worth of work at more that 325.00 and hour. And I’m a member on their loyalty to boot which was 100.00. And that price was with a %15 discount."

"We had owned a Kinetico water softner before and knew that was what we wanted in this house. JFDenney is an authorized dealer. Everything from the initial contact with Jill to the install with Jared went very smoothly and quickly. Very professional, courteous, clean and efficient. We had a very tight space to fit and Jared set things up so we can maneuver the salt tank to get to other systems. More than pleased!"

"Furnace quit working on the super cold morning- negative wind temps, called, they came in couple hours, water in the intake pipe outside, could not prove switch, condemned the Board, ordered Board, gave estimate of HVAC replacement - outrageous prices, opted to fix old furnace, came back following week with new Board, installed, furnace still won't come on, cut intake pipe in half to obtain air flow and left it like that, was told to leave door open so it will not starve for air, charged me over $1100.00. Told my disabled husband to get the clog out of the pipe himself."

"I contacted Nick regarding my need to have drywall installed for one entire floor of a house. He had his drywall guy, Jeramy, come give me a estimate and talk me through the job. Jeramy was very professional and really easy to work with. Once they started the job, Jeramy communicated clearly and often about the status of the job, schedules for progress, and arrival times at the house. He and his guys were very neat and careful and minimized mess and impact while they worked even when it necessitated carrying sheet rock through the house to the 3rd story. Throughout the process Nick continued to communicate as needed to ensure everything went smoothly. The job took a little longer than expected due to the quirks of it being a very old house and lots of strange angles and corners, but they communicated and coordinated well to make it happen. A couple extra days was no problem and well worth it for the amazing attention to detail and high quality work that they did. I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again."

"Dave came out checked the softener out completely showed me how to see the water level in the tank, told me what would indicate a problem and how much salt to keep in the tank, even added the the salt i had on hand for me. there was no problem i just could not see the water level.They worked around my schedule as I work nights. Called before coming and were here on time. i also use LADD for my furnace and A/C service. Great company i use then for all problems that i have had and have always been more than satisfied."
