The job took over 9 hours and he was at the home until 8pm at night.. it should have been a two-day job knowing it would take him as long as it did. On top of that, he didn't communicate any preferred form of payment and only took cash or a check... I had to go to the bank at 8pm at night to pay him vs him sending me a standard invoice upon completion of work. He charged me for the smart lock installation which wasn't even accurately assembled. Super disappointed in the quality of work and communication. "

We have been in business since 1971. We have a shop located at 9641 w87th Street, Overland Park, Ks. The shop is open 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.
