"James Slaven was very courteous, clean, and professional. After evaluating the spigots that we thought needed replacement, he actually talked us out of replacing and at no charge tightened it up & told us to watch for any future leaks. He did replace one spigot and installed a toilet. We will definitely call on him again."

"Thomas arrived on time and worked efficiently. He was very nice and polite. He installed the new water heater and noticed something seemed wrong once the pilot light was not working correctly. He called the company and discovered that it had a defective part. Thomas removed it, returned it, and came right back with a new water heater which worked well. It must have been frustrating for him, although he was very professional. I can’t express strongly enough that I would definitely have him do future repairs if needed!!"
