"My experience from the very beginning with Sally, who booked my appointment for the next day was funny, professional and courteous. My A/C unit stopped cooling. After getting a quote from a "company" that I've used for many years, something told me to get a second opinion. Not only did Casey fix the problem, he couldn't confirm the "company's" findings - refrigerant leak and oil leak from the blower! Firstly, I was told by the company that the coil needed to be replaced which would be approximately $2,700.00. Then I was told I would need a completely new A/C unit because they were not able to get the coil, as my unit was so old. When I Googled the cost of a "standard" unit replacement it was between $5K-$12k. I'm on a fixed income & let's just say that Cassal Cooling & Heating treated me really well. Not having had need for this type of service from other professionals in this area nor the comparative experience from the service provided thereof, I found it necessary therefore to rate this pro as indicated-three star. The project was started on August 5, 2025 and it was completed on August 8, 2025. Thereafter, an issue arose with the integrity of the cooling operation of the installed unit - most notably the thermostat. Mr. Lopez, of T Stat Heating and Cooling, has addressed the issue and his service people have changed the thermostat - on Monday, August 11, 2025. The service individuals changed the thermostat and monitored its operation - the cooling issue was not resolved. They indicated that they would return on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. The temperatures in this area have been in the 100s. In context of this relevant experience it is not just to make a true accessment. Thank you "
