"Poor customer support after purchase. They had to come out twice to resolve manufacturer's product problems. They like to blame you for why the fireplace doesn?t work, or blame your contractor?s installation or anyone else they can think of to avoid handling the problem. And they left the door open and my cat escaped, couldn?t find it for two days. (The owner told me I should have put it in a pet hotel while they were working at my house, rather than tell their employee to close doors.)"

"His name is Jose Jimenez. He is pretty good. He does his job well. The only thing is that it's very hard to find him. That's why I left him a couple of voicemails from the last visit he made. Then I was not able to find him and he was not able to respond back. Then I started looking for the other roof. Eventually he called me back and said that he was a little super busy. So I asked them to come back and do the job. The only thing is once we find him; everything is easy. He does a good job actually. That's why I asked him to come back because I did roofing last year. He did one side of the roof. I asked him to come back after sometime to do the other part. That's what I got done this year. Once we find him and he starts working, he gets it done. The price is excellent; that's the reason I wanted to ask him to come back and do the other stuff because I was getting a very competitive price. The only thing I didn’t like is response time when I leave him a voicemail. I know that he may be busy. But other than that, he is excellent. Once we find him, he's pretty good. His work is also very good. Once he commits to a date, he just comes and does the whole thing right. Once he starts work, it's pretty good and he does quality work. With regard to responsiveness, once he gets my message or he starts engaging, then it's pretty good. He should be responding if I leave a voicemail. If I leave anybody a voicemail and ask to call back, at least for contracting business they should give us a call back and say that they are super busy and that they can come back and do it after a month. He is pretty punctual."

"Local Professionals come through: I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. Aaron arrived on-time for the quote on 8/27/2018. He explained what caused the dry rot and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about other areas of my roof. He put my mind at rest – telling me that my roof appeared to be in good shape except for the area that brought him there that day. I received the written quote on 8/31/2018 for the roof and gutter repairs and scheduled the work to be done on 9/14/2018. They called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves well. They even replaced a couple cracked tiles at no additional charge. They are a local company (Suisun City, CA) that obviously still takes pride in their work. This seems to be a trait that is in short supply these days. I’ll definitely call them again the next time I need help with my roof."
