He was very familiar with the type of water in my area and immediately gave me a very reasonable quote. He conveyed trust, integrity, and knowledge in our first conversation. Yes, I liked him right away! We set up an install date and time, he called the day before, and he and his son were right on schedule. There was a bit of a problem in the set up of my house, but Brian worked around it and figured out a way to make it work. "Horrible, if I thought it was worth the money I'd bring them to court. They ripped out the old home filter and left two separate live wires just free floating in my crawlspace without covers. Then installed the new pump/filter system and for the first 3 days it did nothing, sulfur smell still persisted. They returned and recharged the carbon bed/zip tied their new lines to my copper pipes so the daily flush wasn't so loud (it would shake the floor). This resulted in two leaks once the flush cycle happened. A final return visit was ordered, they showed up fixed the two leaks they caused and zip tied a purge valve open on a sink 5.o micron filter then charged me an extra $80.00."
