"Henry came out on Friday and I had a proposal by Saturday night. They were able to start on the following Tuesday and it took a day and a half to complete. They were on time both days and always cleaned up at the end of day. The crew, Ricky, Tomasz, and Miguel, did an excellent job. They moved all furniture and covered everything with plastic sheets and used drop clothes for the carpet. They patch all the holes and did a good smoothing in some repaired areas. The guys did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. I plan on having them do the exterior in the summer."

They were thorough and very neat, no mess was made, they even layed down moving blankets on my wood floor to ensure no mess. I had good news because I had no cracks in my chimney. "The technician showed up within the time window and inspected both fireplaces thoroughly to show me where all the issues were.  I opted to skip the more expensive fix to the 2nd fireplace as I would not use that as much as the primary fireplace. <br /> I had a pipe cover that had rusted over the gas pipe.   He had to cut off part of the pipe, re-thread the pipe and attach the gas burner to the pipe.   He was able to do it fairly quickly after he had to go to Home Depot to get the parts. <br /> Once everything was ready to go, I did not know if I had a fireplace key or if I had misplaced it since I had not used the fireplace in the 4 years I have been at my place.   The key the technician had did not fit the fireplace. <br /> We manually turned the gas on to test the fireplace and it worked great. <br /> He offered to check with Home Depot and call me if they had the key in stock. <br /> He called me about 30 minutes later and told me they did not have any in stock. <br /> I went online to Home Depot's website and searched for keys.  <br /> I found one online and it said it was in stock at my local Home Depot and I purchased it for pick-up. <br /> It was available to pick up in about 40 minutes and it worked great on the fireplace. <br /> About a week later and the fireplace still works great. <br /> <br />"
