They did a great job. spend about 20-25 minutes checking and inspecting, including cleaning the parts of the gas fireplace, and they were very careful of my floors and rugs, they were very neat and tidy, put down cover to protect everything. The charge was a bit high compared to other service providers but they were very thorough and they even went outside to check the chimney and the vents. They made some suggestions or recommendation to seal the chimney top. I would definitely hire them again in the future."
