"Erik and Mike arrived and spread out their tarps and went to work on our wood stove. We had a lot of problems with smoking and a bad odor. We are new owners of our home and didn't know the last time the chimney was cleaned. It was amazing the amount of creosote and ash the guys got out of the chimney and pipe (along with a poor little squirrel). They did a fantastic job and the area was as clean when they left as it was when they got here. They were very informative and really know their stuff. We will call them in the spring to have the stove checked again. "Bryan was great! We had Bryan install a new chimney liner a few years ago which was perfect and prompt. This time Bryan came out and identified we needed a new chimney cap and several bricks were loose. He recommended the repairs and said he would repoint all of the bricks from the roof line up. We had a fairly tight request schedule and Bryan was extremely flexible in working what he called a “smaller job” into his schedule for us. The project was started and finished in one day and except for the Great improvement in the chimney, no one can tell he was here. He cleaned all up. After prepping the site, he cribbed the area, put in a good, deep stone base, then rebar, and poured the concrete. He figured just the right amount of drop from the house to the yard so that rain did not puddle near the door.
