"The salesperson did not always call back when he promised to but otherwise all went very well and we feel glad that we now won't have to freeze like we did the last time the power went off due to a winter storm.  The work was done by two knowledgable workmen, Gordon and Tim, who were friendly, courteous and efficient. They thoroughly explained everything to us. The unit was installed exactly as promised. We have not had a power outage yet since the install but the unit tests itself once a week as it is supposed to and all seems to be in order and it looks good.
