"I have used Maddox plumbing for 10 years. They have always been very reliable and courteous. However, when things do not go perfectly that is when you can tell the true quality of service. I recently had an evaporative cooler installed. The technician did not install a new roof jack and stand for the new cooler. When I notified Maddox, they responded the next day and said that they would take care of this. They had a new stand and jack built and delivered it to be installed at no additional charge. I highly recommend them."

"Joe was amazing. He quickly replaced the valves and installed the new fawcett. He was kind and patient, answered all our questions and cleaned up after he was done. We found a drip under one of the bathroom sinks after he left so we called and he came right back. Turns out it was the hose that was faulty and he replaced it, no charge, even though it was our hose and had nothing to do with his work.
