"It Seemed like the Serviceman Shawn knew exactly What to Do and How to do it . Quite Patient and Knowledgable too ! He Tested the Water Coming from my Reverse Osmosis Unit with a Battery Operated Water Gauge of some sorts. He Showed me that the Number was good and low,“27”! He then Tested the Sink Water with a Chemical from a Small Dropper Bottle. He showed me it turned Violet ! Shawn Commented Good Color Reaction to Chemical. An Honest, and Great Showman. He Clearly Explained to Me that the RO Filter Membrane , and Water Softener are Working Properly. Also, when he tried the RO Water Spiget, he commented it was Low In Pressure. He then Proceeded to Change/Replace the Two Carbon Filters on the RO System, and Showed and Left me the Old dirty ones in my Sink for me to see and have to do what I may with them. I appreciated this kind of Service. It made me feel very comfortable and at ease with him. He then Purged the Entire System of Water and Air until the Tank was Empty, and Refilled the Water Tank with New Air to the Proper Air Pressure of 9.5 PSI with an Electric Pump and Gauge. Afterwards He showed me the improved water pressure coming out of the RO Filter Spiget , as Compared to before the Service. He requested me to allow 2 Hours for the Water Tank to Refill with Water Before using it ! Wow, he sure pays attention to detail, with thorough Job Performance . Wait, I’m not Done Yet ! But, I am already impressed. Read On——Per my Request Shawn went into My Garage and Looked at my Water Softener Unit . He said it was Performing Properly. He proceeded to Review the Softener Setting Level, because He said it was set improperly, slightly to low at #20 And the Recommended Water Softening Level for Las Vegas is # 24 ! So he Adjusted it to the Correct Setting . He then Set the Clock Timer also, Did an immediate System Recharge of the Ionic Magnets . My best guess is that it Recycles the Magnetic Charge for some sort of Optimization of Functionality ! He then set the Timer for another System Recharge at 2 am, when we are probably not using the Water. He further explained a couple of the features of the Softener to me. I asked him about the Morton Salt Pellets that I am Using Currently. He said although personal preference amongst industry people can vary, he told me that he himself personally uses and prefers the Same Morton Salt Pellets that I am currently using. He said that I was set. Then He presented me with the Bill, a Reasonable and Honest price for all the Service Received. I Highly Recommend this Company , and Shawn too. "I couldn't recommend this company any higher.  I called Kyle while he was enroute to another job and he was able to get to my house within a few hours.  He was very professional and friendly, and efficiently removed the old heater and installed the new one.  While he was performing this he also saw that my water softener's drain wasn't set up correctly and fixed that for me.  He also trouble shot and fixed a back faucet that had been leaking from multiple locations.  I will use Kyle and his company for any plumbing issues in the future. <br />"

"Zac was a consummate professional. Arrived a minute or two early for my afternoon appointment and the full installation, hookup and testing took almost exactly the 2 hours they estimated. "This company is very responsive. I emailed inquiring about an RO system, the next day someone contacted me and scheduled an sales appointment for a Saturday, and on Monday my system was installed. The following Sunday I emailed simply to inquire on TDS levels of my new system and the next day someone called me back and stopped by to double check the install. <br /> I did not grade price because they are the only Rainsoft dealer in the area with no one else to compare them to. I chose Rainsoft because I had previous experience with this brand and their quality of water. Similar to a previous review my TDS went from 600+ to under 30 with the Rainsoft  RO system that American Water Treatment installed (the bottled water I tested came in at 9). <br /> In 2007 I have a couple minor issues with the install and service person, but since my second service visit in 2014 I now request Andrew for any service.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I contacted Colburn Enterprises to re-install all our sink faucets which were removed when we replaced all our bathroom counter tops and replace a leaking hose bib. I called Colburn and Amber, one of the owners, actually answered the phone and took my call despite being very busy with numerous service calls. I explained our situation with Amber and she was able to get us an appointment for later in the day. Mark showed up on time and got right to work. Our counter top installation was not complete in time for Mark to complete his work so we were able to schedule the remaining plumbing work for the next day. The following day, John the other owner, showed up to complete the job. John was very knowledgeable and professional. John had the job (installation of 6 faucets) done in a couple of hours. His price was very competitive and reasonable. The quality of the work was excellent and very clean. One of the things that impressed me about Colburn Enterprises was they treated my service call as if it was the most important one they had. We have had service performed on our properties over the years and found Colburn Enterprises to be the best. Being a General Contractor whom has worked with many plumbers over the years , that says a lot. There was no doubt we will call Colburn Enterprises for all our plumbing needs in the future.
