"It Seemed like the Serviceman Shawn knew exactly What to Do and How to do it . Quite Patient and Knowledgable too ! He Tested the Water Coming from my Reverse Osmosis Unit with a Battery Operated Water Gauge of some sorts. He Showed me that the Number was good and low,“27”! He then Tested the Sink Water with a Chemical from a Small Dropper Bottle. He showed me it turned Violet ! Shawn Commented Good Color Reaction to Chemical. An Honest, and Great Showman. He Clearly Explained to Me that the RO Filter Membrane , and Water Softener are Working Properly. Also, when he tried the RO Water Spiget, he commented it was Low In Pressure. He then Proceeded to Change/Replace the Two Carbon Filters on the RO System, and Showed and Left me the Old dirty ones in my Sink for me to see and have to do what I may with them. I appreciated this kind of Service. It made me feel very comfortable and at ease with him. He then Purged the Entire System of Water and Air until the Tank was Empty, and Refilled the Water Tank with New Air to the Proper Air Pressure of 9.5 PSI with an Electric Pump and Gauge. Afterwards He showed me the improved water pressure coming out of the RO Filter Spiget , as Compared to before the Service. He requested me to allow 2 Hours for the Water Tank to Refill with Water Before using it ! Wow, he sure pays attention to detail, with thorough Job Performance . Wait, I’m not Done Yet ! But, I am already impressed. Read On——Per my Request Shawn went into My Garage and Looked at my Water Softener Unit . He said it was Performing Properly. He proceeded to Review the Softener Setting Level, because He said it was set improperly, slightly to low at #20 And the Recommended Water Softening Level for Las Vegas is # 24 ! So he Adjusted it to the Correct Setting . He then Set the Clock Timer also, Did an immediate System Recharge of the Ionic Magnets . My best guess is that it Recycles the Magnetic Charge for some sort of Optimization of Functionality ! He then set the Timer for another System Recharge at 2 am, when we are probably not using the Water. He further explained a couple of the features of the Softener to me. I asked him about the Morton Salt Pellets that I am Using Currently. He said although personal preference amongst industry people can vary, he told me that he himself personally uses and prefers the Same Morton Salt Pellets that I am currently using. He said that I was set. Then He presented me with the Bill, a Reasonable and Honest price for all the Service Received. I Highly Recommend this Company , and Shawn too.
