"Be careful what you ask for. I wanted a cheap repair for a brick sidewalk, so asked for minimum needed. He tuck pointed the outside row of bricks but left the inner ones alone, so the mortar looks completely different. <br /> It's mostly my fault, I didn't mark off points because it was uglier than I expected. I marked off points because the mortar work wasn't very clean, it's on top of the bricks in a lot of places. <br />"

"Jeff at Eclipse was great to work with! He was my 'second bid' on my work and really stood out from the first bid in all ways. He provided much more extensive information on types of products available and what would work for my home specifically. Jeff's bid was very detailed, separated everything out and included the cost for some of the plywood he knew was rotted. He said that although there can be surprises, his was a 'turnkey' bid. . A portion of my home has a flat roof which roofers typically cover with a roll shingle. Roll shingles however only last 5-8 years, so Jeff ended up installing a TPO roof, which is what they use commercially. Although more expensive, it will generally last 20 years and provides a better seal around structures on the roof. I don't think this is something that all roofers offer. I have a specialty driveway that is only 1 year old, and Jeff took extra steps to prevent any damage. He arranged for a lighter truck to deliver the shingles, which actually had a boom long enough to load the shingles on the roof from the street. He uses a trailer on wheels for the debris rather than a metal dumpster, which helps prevent any driveway damage. I knew I needed to replace some fascia for the guttering, and Jeff was nice enough to bring me the boards ahead of time so I could paint them without getting up on a ladder. My roof was done over a few weeks because of the extensive rain this past summer. Jeff kept in touch keeping me updated all along the way. Because the old roof was not properly installed I had extensive areas of wood rot. Jeff told me after I get it repaired to call him have him check that everything was caulked and sealed properly. It's obvious that Jeff takes great pride in his work and will always be there to address any issues. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product!"

Jason was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. <br /> I have only owned my home for few months so I initially requested my chimney be cleaned but he said it looked good and didn't need to be cleaned. He also did an inspection since I did not have one done when I bought the house. He took the time to talk to me about my fireplace (well, technically I have 3 fireplaces) and answered all my questions about how to use a gas fireplace. He started each one and showed me how to use them. He noted that I had no caps on my chimney so that water would be running down into the chimney. Indeed, I did notice that during hard rains there would be a puddle of water next to one of the fireplaces. He ordered caps for me and delivered them to my house. I chose to install the caps myself and he was kind enough to explain how they should be installed and even told me to call him if I had any questions. Very nice guy! <br /> I would definitely use 21st Century Chimney Sweep again and recommend them to others. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Excellent service. They worked with us on getting our insurance to pay for the roof (minus our deductible) even though I had started the process incorrectly with our insurance adjuster. Very patient & responsive with email & phone. They even did a temporary fix on a spot on the roof in the interim (while waiting for the insurance adjuster & schedule to all line up). The crew who worked on our roof were very polite & respectful of our property & ourselves. We had neighbors use other companies who parked roofing materials that blocked their driveway & garage for weeks or crushed landscaping during the roof demo, etc. Was nice to know we always had a safe exit from the house to use because they worked methodically on different zones of the roof (unlike some of the roofers my various neighbors had). I was very grateful for their professionalism & would recommend them to anyone."
