"Mark from air control systems was fantastic to work with. His crew came in and piped a new gas and electrical line to install a new gas fireplace insert. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for this type of work. "My Heat Pump AC failed, and I called 2 other companies, and all they said was "you're on the list". Ron answered the call and came out, at the end of the day, and got my 20 year old system to at least work in AC mode. So, I asked about a replacement system, he gave me a price that was lower than some others, and arranged for financing, and came out and put in the system with 2 assistants. It is very well installed, much better insulated than the system we had and is very quiet and efficient. Airflow is much better than it was. Overall I strongly recommend Awesome as a repair service or for new install. They were very professional and reliable."

"We had a very good experience with the estimator, who walked me through all of the cooling options and explained what would be best both in the short-term and long-term. There was a bit of a lag in scheduling after I made my 50% deposit, which is why I gave them four stars instead of 5. However, we had the A/C installed within 3 weeks of the deposit and it took less than a day. The installer was very professional and demonstrated how to work the new thermostat. The A/C ran loudly, which the installer noticed before leaving and promised us a noise-reduction blanket, which was delivered two weeks later. All in all, we're very satisfied."

"They didn't respond to email and after 2 phone messages over the course of a week or two finally returned my call.  the woman said she was sorry she was in the hospital.  She was nice, and the techs were nice.  I think they cleaned fine but didn't do a good job putting the vent hood back on as if fell off the next day.  not a deal breaker for me as i can do it quick and easy myself but for someone else this may be an issue.

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
