"Second time i had an issue with then over charging me. I had setup an appointment for salt delivery and to check the water filtration system. In between the scheduling and the appointment the water filter issue resolved itself, they insist on still charging me $150 for the service visit ex the salt delivery. Keep in mind one technician came out to put salt in the water softener and “check” water system. I never got a bill or adked to sign anything, they just charged the card on file. Random charge just shows up on my credit card. Borderline fraudulent activity here. Would be very careful using them if you are a new customer. Further there filters are custom so you need them to change the filter every 4-6 months which you can only use them and they charge near $500 for this. Be really careful with this company! Not to mention they don't tell you, your water pressure goes down by 40% when u install this stuff!"

"Prestige water’s behavior was aggressively crossing the line and unacceptable behavior for any business. The work was sloppy, no communication on how to the complete the job and they left a huge mess not cleaning up after themselves. The job was paid for and I give them a 1 star because the pipe works. They decided on their own where to place the pipe. They ripped open the ceiling with a hammer and left a 4 foot zig zag hole. Leaving all the broken Sheetrock on the floor for us to clean. Prestige water was referred to us by a well know trusted company so even though they had only 10 reviews we trusted them to work on our house. Please know I never post bad reviews. These are peoples business they work hard for. I will not mention the verbal communication because that is something prestige water know what they said. This behavior is not acceptable and should be corrected if they would like customers to provide 5 star reviews."

"They never finished the installation properly. When they come for the monthly service, they only want to schedule it at times that are convenient for them, not the customer. Then, when I call to schedule a service appointment at a time that works for me, they want to charge me an additional $200 just to check on the product they never properly installed in the first place."
