"Ed exceeded my expectations. I interviewed 5 contractors. Ed was the only one who provided a line item budget with his bid! I feared the worse with city approvals but with Ed oversight and thorough understanding of building codes we had our drawings approved and permit to start construction in a week! The crew was consistent, honest, and hard working. We had 2 change orders but were understandably due to unforeseen conditions. All inspections were timely. I am a commercial interior designer and felt Ed, his consultants, and crew were excellent. I didn’t have a large budget and it was extremely important Ed understood my needs and goals. I am really happy with end result of team!"
