"I submitted a general form online and received a callback fairly quickly. After receiving a quote on their rates ($95/hour + $35 service charge), I scheduled the appointment for a few days later and was told they would be here between 8am-noon. They called me around 11am to get directions and were promptly here. The plumber, Derek, was very personable and friendly. He repaired our kitchen pipes quickly and they are much sturdier now, he also tightened the faucet lever which was loose. In the bathroom he was able to quickly identify the problem causing my toilet to always need plunging. Derek increased the water setting so more water would fill the bowl and tank and made a few minor adjustments in the tank which has completely fixed the problem. After the tornado we noticed that the knob to our outside water spout was missing. Derek informed us that he would have to replace the entire spout which would involve cutting through the drywall. He stated they would not be allowed to make drywall repairs once the spout was replaced. I decided to wait as I didn't want to have any exposed areas after the repairs. Overall I am very happy with the work completed, all very easy jobs, within the hour. I have only tried them once, and for simple plumbing issues, therefore I cannot tell with 100% certainty that their services are the best but based on my recent experience, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for general plumbing issues. "The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

"I called Guelda on June 2. I decided to ask them to do the work because they had replaced water meters in my neighborhood and the work seemed to go well. I was scheduled for a technician to come out on June 6 between 8:30-9:30 AM. At 9:30 no one had shown up so I called to confirm my appointment. I was told there had been an oversight of the work order and the representative apologized for the mistake. I rescheduled the work for 10:00-11:00 AM on June 6. At 11:09, I called Guelda and told the representative that my appointment could be cancelled because no one had shown up as rescheduled. I called another plumbing company. At about 11:30-11:40AM, the Guelda technician showed up. He had looked at the faucet on the side of my house and said that it was a frozen pipe split. I told him that the problem faucet was in the back and that I had already schedule another company to come out and resolve the problem. At no time with either schedule was I called to let me know (1) there was an oversight with my original schedule or (2) that the technician was delayed for the reschedule."

"The bathroom in the basement of the house we recently purchased had not been used in several years so the sink and shower were not functioning. Also, when the flooring was replaced the day before Tom Sondergeld plumbing was scheduled to fix these issues we discovered that the toilet was rusted through as well. I called them and requested they replace the toilet, and it was not a problem. We were thrilled with the service. The gentleman that came explained everything and made sure that we were happy with the work before he left. He did a fantastic job. He installed a sink we bought from IKEA, and the toilet and shower hardware were supplied by Tom Sondergeld plumbing. We are very happy with their work, and the pricing was fair for the quality of the work."

He went out of his way to determine the best place for the installation of the tankless water heater and not what would have been the easiest installation for him. He is a very hard worker, very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all questions. We had Arlinnghaus previously install new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier. All of their employees have been very pleasant and professional."

"It was hands free on my part! Eric scheduled the plumber to install system, was there during the install and followed up after the install. The customer service that his company provides is amazing. They call you back in a timely manner and will address an questions that may have immediately. Since install we have not had a problem and they even came back to change the sediment filter and no charge just to to followup on how the system was functioning! Its very difficult to find this type of customer service these days!The water taste great and the scale buildup is very minimal and easy to clean. I highly recommend Living Water for all of your water needs."
