"Received $11000 project quote for a solar panel installation with 0% finance. The quote was attractive, and I decided to go with this company. Applied for 0% financing card and got approved for it. However, after receiving permits, the company changed the contract to 6% financing option. The company insisted that the contract was originally 6%. After much discussion, it provided me with a very ambiguous and small fine prints as part of the contract. The installation was done cheap. The guys used cheap plastic pipe to get the electrical work done and also made a hole in the roof to run the electrical line through. All of these works were done without discussing it with the owner. After receiving the payments, no help or guidance for setting up SREC. You get what you pay for. I regret that I chose this vendor for solar panel project."

"Today, Air Experts replaced the 2nd-floor HVAC system (furnace, coil and condenser) of our home. Sales/point-person Neil Prasad did a great job answering all the questions/concerns my wife and I raised, and finalizing the contract. Heâ  s very responsive, courteous and focused on client satisfaction throughout the process. He gave us 4 options from which we picked a good enough Rheem system with a 10-year labor warranty. The price was less than what a competitor offered with even a shorter warranty. The zero-interest, 18-months financing was a huge benefit. Doug delivered the parts early, while installer Edik, assisted by Arthur finished the job in the promised 6-hours. Edik was able to answer all my questions and demonstrated how to change the filter and operate on the thermostat in a clear manner. I highly recommend Air Experts, Nealâ  s and Edikâ  s work. "The service from Alliance Service Pros was fantastic! Tom Kensinger was my service pro and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. The flower bed in front of my house next to the foudation was very soggy and water was coming through the foundation into my house; assumed a water or sewer leak. Chalres from Alliance pros investigated the situation, throughouly examined the situation, checked all township/state codes and then provided a compeitive quote. Two days later Tom was onsite for the repair, it was around 90-95 degrees. He hand dug 6 ft of earth to uncover a broken water line in the foundation. Tom overcame serveral challenges with main water line shutoff not working, significant flooding while digging to get the job down. He also brought a change of clothes, before coming into the house to not muddy up my house/basement. He repaired the waterline outside and through the house and then sealed the water line and the sewer line in the foundation in and out. He took care on digging to separate the mulch and dirt, so upon refilling the hole he could leave it as he left. Lastly, he hosed down all areas of my porch, driveway and sidewalk. Basically looked liked it was never touched. He worked 12 hours and promised to not leave until we had water that night. I have never seen this dedication from a trade professional before and my long review is a return in kind for the level of work he showed my family. They will be my go to plumbing professionals from now on."
