He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. Online estimates for the work were $150-$500, thought it would be on the lower end as it was replaced before so it already had an access panel. They quoted $950!!!! I paid the $49 and consider it a lesson learned."
