"Sierra did an excellent job—efficient, high quality, and on budget. The house had 40 years’ worth of deferred maintenance:electrical, plumbing, painting, finishes (stone and wood) and HVAC in a remote location. Sierra’s crew was onsite for one month, working seven days a week. There were no delays because “we have another job,” or other typical GC reasons for delay.
