"Their customer service kept apologizing but never offered me any compensation for the 4 plus times that they kept changing my delivery dates without notifying me. Finally, I cancelled the service and waited at home for them to pickup the empty bottles and Cooler. They continued to reschedule without notifying me. They wasted my time on several occasions. The customer service representatives kept telling me that they were revamping their deliveries in my neighborhood and their wasn’t anything that they could do about my problems. Out of frustration, I called again telling the customer service representative that they were not considerate of my time during the week by making me stay at home waiting for them to pickup the cooler and bottles and then not showing up. The customer representative told me to leave everything in my driveway but that I would be financially responsible if anything was missing. I am done with them and no longer interested in Deer Park water ."

"I have never dealt with this company but on November 9th 2024, I was in Arizona on vacation and I noticed a charge on my card from this company. Like I said I don't even know who this company is. I don't live anywhere near berks county pa. I don't understand why this would happen and I am quite annoyed"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."

They recently mounted a new bathroom double vanity and installed new faucets and did an excellent job. Prior to the work, I contacted a number of highly rated contractors. FALCONE & TRUMAN PLUMBING was the only one who could do all of the work with one team - the others wanted to have a carpenter on-site one day and then plumbers come in a different day, and this just wouldn't work with our schedule. FALCONE & TRUMAN PLUMBING's price was also the most reasonable of all the people I spoke with and even took the time to do an in-person quote to confirm the work that was needed (no other company did that for us).
