"The only positive interaction was when the scaffolding crew started their prep work. Lath crew is fast at putting up house wrap incorrectly (against code and manufacturer directions) and covering it up quickly with EPS. Lath was installed hastily, with no regard for building codes, and against owner directions. Crew rarely shows up, promises to return to fix blatant issues, and inconsistently returns to continue lath installation on other areas. The owner or site supervisor is defensive and doesn’t believe in house wrap. Poor management, false promises, and appalling workmanship is the best Eddie and Sons could provide on our project."

We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

They were extremely polite and did a fantastic job installing the new garbage disposal. After the work was completed, they cleaned up, but it was not hard because they never made a mess during installation, so cleaning was easy. After these two genuinely nice and competent gentlemen completed the job, they checked several times and ways to make sure there were no leaks – there were none; I highly recommend Above All Home Services LLC. They were timely, did the job in a judicious fashion, and made sure everything was clean before they left. More importantly, the job was professionally done.
