"Wonderfully! Came home from vacation to a sweltering house on a Thursday evening. We called another HVAC who we have a "service contract" with. They sent someone out who said it was a blower motor that needed replaced and the part was $300-$500 and they didn't have the part in and we would have to wait to Monday to have one installed. They actually advised us to call Watkins and said they would say the same thing. So we called Watkins who came out Friday afternoon. The tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and determined to find out what was wrong with the blower motor. He took the motor out and checked it out and cleaned it. He also stated that if he couldn't fix ours he had one to replace it with on the truck. He found out what was wrong ( a possible loose wire), put the motor back in and instantly we got air and it started cooling off the house. He asked if we wanted it cleaned before doing so, and said it was up to us, no pressure, we decided to have it done since it was already apart. He also offered us a service contract, again, no pressure at all. We took the service, as we were well pleased with the service and the tech's ability and professionalism. One of the best techs we have had do any service for us. All this, except for the cleaning, for the service call fee of $89. The cleaning was an extra $103 (well worth it in my opinion because I can't crawl around in the scorching attic to take the blower apart and clean it and put it back in!), for a total of $192.85. Excellent service!"

"Was having problems with my HVAC / heat pump. I didn't want to call the emergency number on a Sunday, but I saw I could schedule service online. I picked a date and time and received e-mail and text confirmation. Tech arrived on time and found multiple issues. It was a 17-year system, which they have worked on in the past. They have always been on time and updated me on their arrival time. We went over the options to keep the system running (repairs and parts), but ultimately decided it would be better to replace it with a new and more efficient unit. Keri, in the office, provided a few quotes for systems with varying options and efficiencies. I selected a variable-stage compressor unit, and I'm looking forward to the installation soon. "We got several quotes from local HVAC providers / installers. We felt the most comfortable with the salesman from Extreme One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and I got the best price from them which also included a 2-year membership in their Comfort Club (Spring and Fall service visits to check and tune-up my system). We were an all electric home until a couple of years ago when we added natural gas. When our 16-year old Trane heat pump developed problems this proved an ideal time to switch over to a gas furnace and air conditioner. We stayed with Trane as we were happy with our Trane heat pump. Because we have some space constraints and limitations for our new system, Extreme sent out their system designer the day before the installation to develop a creative solution that met our requirements and efficiently maximized the space with which they had to work with minimum impacts to us. The day of the install they arrived on time, were friendly but very professional and treated our home as if it was their own. They also took the time to answer my questions while the worked. Since it was bitter cold that day, they needed to be in and out all day, and we were without a heating system most of the day, they brought a heavy duty space heater to keep us from freezing until they were done. At completion, showed us how to use the new system including the new programmable thermostat, changing filters, etc. and they cleaned up everything and left our home better than they found it. They then submitted all of our rebate paperwork to Vectren and DP&L for us. We were very impressed with the whole process of buying and installing a complete new HVAC system. I highly recommend Extreme One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for and HVAC installation work!"

Craig (out of the Dayton office) and his crew were out to my place multiple times to rewire my aging electric heat pump, which seemed to blow any fuse they threw at it, and didn't quit working until it was repaired. Just way above and beyond! I am certain that any other team would've given up, and I would've been buying a new system. With those things as pricy as they are, I'm thrilled to get a few more years of service out of my current system! Logan's is super responsive and knowledgeable, and I'd use them any time."

From the start, Greg Blair and his team went out of their way in suggesting ways to accomplish exactly what we wanted. His team sought our feedback on every decision made right down to the routes the outside lines took to make sure they were as integrated as possible. Even though the job was difficult as our house is a three-story brick house with terra cotta blocks in the walls and metal where you would think metal shouldn't be, all of them remained positive, helpful and really excellent.
