They ignore your point when attempting to explain the issue and attempt to strongarm you with every excuse they can fabricate. In addition the 1st tech caused a gas leak in the furnace that Landis refused to accept responsibility. My gas was shut off for over 24 hours causing my indoor temperature to go to 42 degrees. I?m going to take IT Landis to court and sue for damages, etc?PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM"

"I AM LIVID WITH THEIR SERVICE. My husband and I have been living in our home 4 years without a single issue with our cooling system. We had UGI come out to "service" our system and said everything looked great....2 months later something with our compressor blew...that was $400. Then this morning, less than 30 days later, we apparently needed a brand new thermostat.....another $400 and guess what? MY HOUSE IS STILL NOT COOLING DOWN. So I called and said how it is absolutely ridiculous that there is still an issue especially after charging us to "fix" the thermostat. I am obviously frustrated. I work from home, its hot and I am pregnant with 4 pets in my home that are distressed from the rising heat and their customer service agent has the audacity to be BEYOND RUDE and tell me "to have a better day" as if it was MY FAULT...ok. It is very odd that ever since they came to "service" our central air system they've had to come back THREE TIMES and the system STILL NOT WORK. BEWARE!"
