"Tom arrived at 9:57 for a 10:00 appointment.  He was dressed in Assurance Chimney uniform.  He went right to work inspecting both chimneys we have.  He cleaned one and said the other did not need it.  He left the house clean.  While up on the roof inspecting both the inside and out of the chimneys, he noticed some flashing that needed resealing.  We were having a leak in this area.  He quickly and professionally did the job.  I have been using Assurance Chimney since 1991.  No one else has ever cleaned or repaired my chimney.  I highly recommend Assurance Chimney and Tom Lloyd.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"First they did not show up for the first appointment. I had to call and ask if they were coming. Another appointment was made. A third appointment was needed for the cricket . When they installed the cricket, they did not vaccume out the mess. They had a tarp on the ground, but still were disrespectful of my home, walking over the mess and tracking the dirt. I requested information on cleaning the indoor brick. I was told, they had a great product and would bring it out for me to sample. They never came or called me about this product. The never called to ask if the outside brick work was effective after a rain storm. Yes, the re- pointing of the outdoor bricks did not leak, and the work was satisfactory. They need to improve customer service. I will not use them again. <br />"

"It took us a long time to find a mason who wanted to do the job, Kesto came out in Oct-13 and gave us our quote, but because of falling temps and poor weather we decided to put the work off until April-14 he honored the same quote and came out when we requested. We could not be happier with the work that was performed. They cleaned up on a daily basis. Very friendly, if you need any mason work done these are the guys to do it. <br />"

"Our rear facade wall on a 4 story building. We’re cracking and window cladding were flaking . We had the rear wall repaired and repainted with thorocoat and wood cladding were scraped, repaired with wood puddy.....sanded and painted with black paints. They have done two coats as promised and took care of our neighbors building. Our neighbors weren’t that friendly but Ekram assured me, he would keep it tidy and not having to keep them being fussy. I’m glad this is done...!"
