Rob from R & D Plumbing was easily reachable and offered a flat reasonable rate with haul away included. The installation went smooth, no issues at all. "Huber installed a new water heater a few weeks ago, and we noticed a faint smell of a motor oil coming from the furnace/water heater area in our basement. The furnace company told me on the phone that it couldn't be the furnace, so my next thought was that there was some sort of oil in the water heater that had leaked. Doesn't make sense, I know, but there was nothing else in the area, and the smell was getting stronger. So I called Randy, and he came out a few hours later to look. Turns out our sump pump was stuck on "On" because there was some water in the well, and the outline line was frozen and the water had nowhere to go. Randy hung around until I'd checked the exit hose, then told me how to solve the problem. He spent a half hour with me and didn't charge a thing because that's the kind of guy he is. It proves once again that Huber is the perfect plumber for me."
