"I recently hired Iconiq Construction for my bathroom renovation, and I couldnt be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. They transformed my vision into reality, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The entire process was smooth, and they kept me informed every step of the way. My new bathroom is stunning, functional, and everything I hoped for. Iconiq Construction is definitely a 5-star company, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch renovations!"

"Vic turned a flood nightmare into a home we love. Our house flooded while we were out of town and we spent almost a year fighting insurance, only to get sent a list of their 1 star contractors. Then I found Vic and from our first call I knew he was our guy. He was always on time, kept us in the loop and got right to work. Most of all he's trustworthy. We were living in a hotel and never once worried about our house. His whole crew was great too, especially our super nice flooring guy. We went with every design choice he suggested because he has a great eye and no corners were cut. We moved back in when my fiancée was 6 months pregnant and were blown away. He stuck with us patiently even when we were going crazy. He even got us a baby shower gift and we truly see him as family now. We'll recommend Johnson and Sons to everyone. Thank you Vic!"

"Very professional and listened to what I wanted done. He knew exactly what was needed and completed the deck in the time he said it would take to finish. Very satisfied with a job well done."

"We had an outstanding experience with Sean and Bzr team. From the initial call with Gaby to the finished product. I highly and strongly recommend BZR. We first started with a bathroom addition and ended up with an ADU project which turned out great adding a kitchen and 3/4 bath. It did take time and many changes, I want to thank Sean for his patience. I would absolutely in a blink work with them again. I will upload photos when wife has finished furnishing."

"We absolutely love our new Trex deck! The craftsmanship and attention to detail are amazing, and the finished product turned out even better than we imagined. The crew was professional, reliable and kept everything clean throughout the project. We’re so excited to have a beautiful, low-maintenance outdoor space that we’ll be able to enjoy for years to come. Highly recommend!"

"Chris has done multiple repairs for me and others in our HOA. I’ve had him replace flooring, plumbing and light fixtures, repair drywall, etc. I sometimes just build a list of things, Chris comes by and gives an estimate and a time he can start the work. I leave him a key, he comes in and gets the work done while I’m at work. I come home, everything is finished, cleaned up, and I send him payment. Chris is competitive with estimates and very honest and dependable. His communication is excellent. I couldn’t recommend him more highly."

"CJ did an amazing job helping me break my project down into different phases. He made sure the work area was clean at the end of each day. I appreciated his attention to detail making sure that the door instal was perfectly square/level. He was extra careful to salvage my unique siding to re use around a window, which saved money. It was installed so perfectly you would have never noticed the window changed at all. My kids were so excited to watch him and he was so good giving them leeway to watch while still making sure they were safe and staying out of his way."
