"I reached out to Anthony?s Chimney Sweeps for help with 1) application of a chimney crown coat seal, and 2) installation of a lock top chimney damper. My home?s crown coat had worn away and the damper had literally fallen off the chimney (probably due to a combination of raccoons and wind). Both Anthony and I had to be flexible with the timing of this job as he had vacation planned and the weather was a problem (rain and snow). However, it was super easy to work with Anthony and the communication was great! He kept me up to date on his schedule, and he worked with me when I needed to fit the work in to a very tight timeframe on my end. Anthony both called and texted me, as appropriate. He was pleasant explained everything thoroughly and to my satisfaction, and he was patient. He regularly asked if I had any questions. The bottom line is that he did what he said he would do in a timely fashion. There were zero problems. He even made a point to drop off the equipment I paid for in advance of his vacation so that I would have it. I paid $600 up front and $600 when the work was finished. Too, while he was on the roof, Anthony noticed that my roofer had failed to install a furnace cap and storm collar last year and brought it to my attention. He took pictures of everything so that I could see his work and what was going on on the roof. Now that this work has been done my house is much less drafty and I?ll recoup the cost of this repair over the next few months. Highly recommend and I will call Anthony again in the future."

"The work was done by Kenny Perry and his assistants. They arrived early each morning and worked during rain and shine. During heavy rain, they would cover the bricks to prevent weather damage. First, they removed half of the porch, but kept a few bricks to get a match. Then they removed all of the planter bricks and some of the dirt. One afternoon, Mr. Perry went to <b>several</b> providers to get bricks to match what was previously there. The porch is rounded so they cut bricks to fit. They cleaned the old brick and waterproofed the porch.The planter was made with a double thickness of cinder block and brick. It's sturdier now. They also drilled weep-holes for water drainage. Then they replaced the dirt.Mr Perry hired an electrician to install an electrical socket on the side.Above and beyond, Mr. Perry looked at the gutter that had caused the problem and I called to company to come out and talk to him to see if the problem could be fixed. They discussed the dilemma and agreed on a way to repair the gutter.I'm <i><b>very</b></i> pleased with the final products."
