"Aqua Boss is the only company to use! After my well company did a no show for 2 days for a softener install, I called Aqua Boss & Brad was out in 30 minutes. My well needed more than a standard softener (as told by well company). aqua Boss had great communication on when he would be out for install & held true to that appointment. I had additional unique problems that the supplier sent a representative out for testing & recommendations with Brad. Parts were ordered, minor delay due to TS Debby, but Aqua Boss had me installed & all problems solved the day after their supply house received parts. It has been a pleasure doing business with them. I would give 6 stars if I could, best business I have dealt with in Marion County."

"If I could give Perry’s 10 stars I would! They are the best business I have encountered in decades! 1. A human being answers the phone, no annoying phone trees or “leave a message and we’ll get back with you.” 2. The person answering the phone actually knew something about the business and after listening to my issues gave me some possibilities about the problem with a ball park estimate for repair. I did not expect them to be able to diagnose it over the phone but at least I had an idea of the seriousness and cost of the repair. He could not give me an appointment but said the owner would call me. 3. The owner called me within ten minutes; he set up a time for the following day. No playing phone tag. They seemed to realize my time is just as valuable as theirs. 4. The repairman called me the next day within the window of the appointment time to tell me he was on his way. He called me back with the estimate. All of the parts were on the truck; he made the repairs that same day. 5. The owner called me, told me what the fee was and took my CC info over the phone because he wanted to ensure my security versus other methods of payments. I felt they were honest and their fees reasonable. For the first time in a very long time I did not feel like I was getting ripped off. And they did the repairs on a Saturday! This is how a business should run! I am so tired of the mentality of most businesses where they seem to say to me “yeah, we’ll take your hard earned money, we are going to treat you like crap and feed you a lot of excuses and BS and our job may or may not work.” Perry’s is a godsend. I will exclusively use them for all my well needs in the future – and if they do other types of work I will use them and if they can’t do the work, I will use them for a reference. Superb business!!"

"My 4-month-old Rheem water hear was telling me “service needed” with an error code for possible water leak. I went to the Rheem warranty website where I was then directed to “Find a Pro.” Suncoast Plumbing was one of the options, so I contacted them and explained my problem. I was very clear that it was only a few months old and covered under warranty. The repairmen arrived quickly. The techs were baffled because this heater had “new technology” They spent some time on Google trying to find the solution. They took the heater apart and put it back together, but the error continued. To my surprise they presented me a bill for $95. When I explained at heater was under warranty AND they didn’t fix anything they said, “are you refusing to pay?” When I explained I shouldn’t have to pay, they left. Fast forward a couple weeks. After threats of collections and a couple unpleasant calls with the office I reluctantly paid the bill to rid them of my life. I gave them the chance to make it right, but they refused. Buyer beware!"
