"If you need your well serviced, this is the company to call. They answered all my questions over the phone, and showed up the same day when my well pump failed. I had already ordered a pressure tank and pressure switch to install myself, since I knew they were bad, but the pump failed before I could do the work. Miranda, who I spoke to on the phone, answered all my questions and gave me cost estimates. The guys showed up within the hour. They replaced the pump and installed my new pressure switch and tank. Keep in mind the price I note below does not include what I paid for the parts I provided. The crew took pride in their work and answered all my questions. Had water back in a few hours. Can't recommend them highly enough. Great service!"

"My system went out on my AC and Jim Dickerson was called out to repair it from my warranty company. After the Dickerson company left, I was told I need a new system. The Dickerson Company left and advised that they were call me with the pricing for a new system. I called and got a new quote from another AC company that’s reputable in this area. After the new company came, it was brought to my attention that my AC system was trashed. I called Jim Dickerson and was told that it wasn’t them I received another opinion and this from another reputable company, and this time they took pictures and videos. After looking at the pictures and videos I called Jim Dickerson back and was told again that they didn’t do it. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of because I’m a single black female living alone! I need a lawyer ASAP."
