"If you need a painter DO NOT look any further. Greg and Nanciann are tremendous to work with and did a fantastic job repairing cracks and painting my entire house. The were not only a pleasure to work with but were a pleasure to meet. I honestly did not think you could still get this kind of detailed professional work. "Very well. Brock came out and evaluated the problem: water leaking out of front porch columns. He identified rot around the top column bases. He generated a proposal of roofing replacement, column base replacement (part of front dormer), stucco replacement, and painting. The crews showed up a few weeks later (as agreed) and had part of the roofing, near the problem removed, and the rotten wood at the top column bases removed all on the first day. Second day the roof decking was repaired and shingles replaced, new top column bases constructed and installed. The third day stucco was installed and allowed to dry for a week. Finally all affected stucco areas were caulked and painted to a perfect match of existing area not repaired."

"Anyway, we have barely used the fireplace and as I mentioned - new construction - so he came with another worker in a Tophat, inspected the fireplace, then the outside on the roof and all was fine with the chimney. They also went into the attic to see if they could find the leak as the chimney was absolutely intact. Couldn’t see where the leak was coming. Even took some pics where the roof meets the chimney and again let us know how intact all with the chimney is. Landed up giving us a referral to an excellent roofer. We were totally pleased with all (upset, about the leak though!!) Dennis went above and beyond for us. He was so honest and this is so hard to find these days. I am very impressed with him and his company. Thank you for helping us out- as it was so appreciated."

"They sent out a person to examine the area, took photos, and said he would present an estimate, which he did. Then we set up a date for the repairs to be done. The worker arrived on time, and began by taking off all the bad and damaged roofing materials. He had to repair all the way up to the peak, which was not done by someone else with the first repair. He removed the turbine vent that has been installed improperly, replaced it with a flat-line vent, and replaced some metal flashing that was not sealed down. He continued to work on the roof until it was all done correctly. Even when it was almost dark, he wanted to finish it in one day. He cleaned everything up in the yard and did a very fine job. The bill was sent to us a few days later, exactly what was estimated. We used the Angie's List coupon which helped save a few more dollars. They were very professional, caring and considerate of our time and our home. I would definitely recommend this company."

"Crew came onto the property and did the work quickly, but without ringing the bell or knocking. I finally realized the dog wasn't barking at the mailman and went outside to find them already done. (It was a small job!) But they should have let me know they were on the property. One section of the gutter wasn't pitched correctly and sagged in the middle, which was revealed as soon as it rained and accumulated water. I called the office and they were responsive, and sent a different crew who fixed the problem within a week."
