"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

"Nick and his coworker waterproofed the wall and redirected the water flow. They did a great job in repairing the crack in the brick wall that matched the mortar perfectly. Nick repaired cracks in my front stairs perfectly. Upon completing the job, they cleaned up and reseeded my yard. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with their work. Another team came in and installed structural beams in the ceiling downstairs. The problem was addressed and they did a great job."

"Fireplace inspection and cleaning scheduled quickly and arrived promptly on time. Chose Chimney Quest for best price quoted for cleaning. Found cracks in ceramic plates and gave quote to replace. Needed to order plates and scheduled date and time for replacement. Day of repair did not arrive on time; however did call to report they were unavoidably detained on last job and gave window of time of arrival. Replaced ceramic plates with steel plates. Worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up well. Gave discount on dryer vent cleaning. Will use again for fireplace/chimney work and dryer vent cleaning."
