"There were issues surrounding installation that I had to solve myself. But the real surprise came 3 1/2 months later when I had an issue and called them for service. It was then that I was told any service after the install that I might need would be a service call that I would have to pay for! It was at that moment that I first learned that there was no labor warranty unless it was an installation problem! Although it is “usual and customary” in this area to include a period after sale and installation, the owner said he owes not do that and is entitled to run his business any way he chooses. I think potential customers have a right to know this as he does not advertise that policy."
