"Replaced a leaky gasket in furnace, and performed routine maintenance and service. The techs were knowledgeable and explained the work they were doing, and the reason for the recommended repairs. The techs arrived within the service time window estimate, and gave a "heads up" call about 20 minutes before arrival. They also provide a picture of the tech prior to the appointment time. They put booties over their shoes upon entering your house and leave the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Everyone at Grasshopper, from the office people to the techs, was friendly and professional. They made you feel like they actually cared about customer satisfaction. I did feel that the repair cost, relative to the amount of time spent, was on the high side, although I really have no reference to compare to. I would definitely use them again, and recommend that you consider calling them for service and/or repair."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Elijah and Miles arrived and started in right away to look at the problem and told me what needed to be done. Miles looked down in my basement to see where the problem started and advised me of the price, which was very fair, and said it should be done before next winter but there was no rush. "On the day of service, I received a call at 0803 and the plumber said he would be right over.  He arrived about 0825 and was done changing out the faucet which I provided within .5 hours.  The plumber did a good job, was very professional and friendly.  As he was leaving, I asked for the bill and he said it would be sent to me.  My house is 15 minutes from Mulholland's On Call Plumbing & Heating's office.  When I received the bill, it was for 1.5 hours of work and the total cost was $141.24.  When I called about this it was explained that their records showed it took the plumber .5 hour to get to my house and then .5 hours to get back.  After discussion, it was agreed to lower the price to $120.  I have no problem paying for mileage to and from my house but time is another matter.  It certainly doesn't take an hour to drive from downtown Saratoga Springs to my house and back.  No other service provider has charged me in this manner.

"He came and replaced a part that did not fix it. Took part with him. He came back and charged me another almost $300 for a new sump pump which I should have gotten the first time he came. I feel I paid twice. Too much money."

"Rd.I had to pay an extra $15.00 because I had an extra air duct or intake vent. He discussed how often the ducts should be cleaned and offered another service that would help disinfect and keep dust mights down. The extra service also extended the length of time before I would need to have the vents cleaned again. I chose the extra service and will not have to have it done again until 8-10 years from now. My nephew who is 45 was not happy I was having the ducts cleaned but he was pleased with their work in the end. I had this done in my last house twice so I am not new to this. I was pleased with their work. They started immediately and finished about an hour and fifteen minutes later. I have house that is almost 2,000 sq. feet. The $230.00 includes the $89.00 I paid when I ordered it through Angie's List.
