"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Very professional. Quality job done with perfection. Does not use less expensive parts nothing but quality. Heating system runs like it should would highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent service and value."

"I needed service in a hiurry, and these guys were prompt and punctual, finishing the project ahead of schedule!"

"Dillon was the scheduler and very professionally, let me know all the steps that would happen. He then called when the technician was running late because jobs were taking a bit longer. That was good news to me because it meant to me that the technician was not just going in and putting band-aids on the heating systems but taking the time to fix them. When the technician arrived, he came in with his backpack toolbox, which made me feel like he knew what he was doing (when they come in with nothing in hand, it makes me think they do not know what they are doing). Jared was the technician, and he is professional, he has had the training and experience and uses gages to troubleshoot. He got directly to the problem, focused on it, and fixed it. Absolutely the best experience with a furnace repair person. And the cost, the upfront right from the beginning, and had no curveballs thrown, it was the fairest pricing I have seen on heating repairs. Thank you so much, guys. I have already shared you with my friends!"

"On the day of service, I received a call at 0803 and the plumber said he would be right over.  He arrived about 0825 and was done changing out the faucet which I provided within .5 hours.  The plumber did a good job, was very professional and friendly.  As he was leaving, I asked for the bill and he said it would be sent to me.  My house is 15 minutes from Mulholland's On Call Plumbing & Heating's office.  When I received the bill, it was for 1.5 hours of work and the total cost was $141.24.  When I called about this it was explained that their records showed it took the plumber .5 hour to get to my house and then .5 hours to get back.  After discussion, it was agreed to lower the price to $120.  I have no problem paying for mileage to and from my house but time is another matter.  It certainly doesn't take an hour to drive from downtown Saratoga Springs to my house and back.  No other service provider has charged me in this manner.

"We had a wonderful experience with his plumbing services, He was on time price was reasonable .job was professionally done, we recommend Keith's Plumbing service to anyone who wants a fast and reliable service"

"He came and replaced a part that did not fix it. Took part with him. He came back and charged me another almost $300 for a new sump pump which I should have gotten the first time he came. I feel I paid twice. Too much money."

"My son was diagnosed with childhood asthma and allergies related to dust mites among other things in early December.  On the Drs. recommendation, we schedule a cleaning of our forced hot air oil heating system.  Air Duct was running a "big deal" that covered more than our vents (15) and full cleaning of the heating system.  I asked about the sanitizing them as well and the technician let me know that we can make that decision when they see how bad (any rodent/questionable mold/etc) during the cleaning.  Very straightforward and honest.  They discovered nothing major in the cleaning and suggested that I NOT have the sanitizing done/didn't need it.  I appreciate that kind of honesty.   The cleaning took 4 hours, everything was cleaned up with then left and we have confidence that we've done the best we can for our son based on the heating system.  Make sure to get the fan in your heating system cleaned... What's the point of having clean vents if your actual heating system is pumping dust right back up (even with a change in the filters)?   Very happy with the service and feel it was money well spent.

"Very well. Good suggestions, hints on daily care, time spent checking repairing. Communicated very well. Polite. I did not want to answer question regarding money paid or were services performed. This question is not clear. Of course, service was preformed. Money paid was relative to parts and/or labor. So this items needs to be divided out."
