"We responded to a letter that looked like it had come from the county to test our water. After using a simple home test, some persuasive tactics, significant sales pressure and their assurance that "they install these systems in condos and town homes all the time", they attempted to install a "sophisticated" filtration system and water softener in my condo. I confirmed in writing, on the contract, that the installation would be in the garage since the outside walls belong to the association. The filters were in the garage but the connection was done through the outside, voiding the contract, damaging the wall, pavers and creating an ugly situation with my HOA. They came back the next day to disconnect the system and assured me they would pay for the damages and would re-install it internally. Seven months later, the system was sitting in my garage, my calls were not returned, they refused to pay my HOA and I had to involve an attorney. The owner has dealt with litigation before and finally agreed to reimburse me $3,700 for the two tanks sitting in my garage, $3,000 less than the original $6,700 they had charged. They would not agree to remove the reverse osmosis system that was installed in the kitchen. So, it cost me $3,000 for a system that you can find at any local hardware store for $250. The Pentek membrane they use cost $16.77. The Globalwater Solutions RO-132 storage tank they use cost $50. Fl Water Analysis claim their system is superior but they cannot explain how or why. The boxes in their truck have labels that say "made in Taiwan". Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company! You will save tons of money, time and aggravation!!"

"It went very well! This is the second major maintenance on our well system we've had done by Clear Water. This time, the retention tank developed some pinhole leaks due to age and corrosion and we needed a replacement. The old tank was over ten years old. I called Judy and she was able to identify the tank model from the information I gave her and had a crew on site with a new tank installed the following day. The professionalism of the two technicians who did the installation was impressive, and the quality of their work was superb. In the picture, the new retention tank is the tall blue one in the middle. The white tank on the left (the pressure tank) was replaced by Clear Water two years ago after the bladder ruptured. They did a great job on that as well, and they also replaced and serviced our softener system control heads a while back. Solid, dependable, quality work all around."

"This company does outstanding work and I will be using them again as well as recommend them to friends. I had a tub/shower remodel done by another company (big box store) and had nothing but issues with it. About a year ago I had Latow come out and they worked on it but could find nothing wrong. It started working correctly again while they were there. One of the things they noted was that the other company tiled over the plumbing and it was very hard to work on. They gave me a few options on what we could do the next time it happened. Well, it started acting up recently so I called them out to replace the plumbing. They had to cut the tile, remove the valves/pipes, replace it all, and put on a new plate to cover the bigger hole. They arrived early (08:05), they explained everything they were going to do. they worked quickly and cleaned as they went. When it was done the tub/shower looked great. A fantastic job and they were very friendly/professional throughout the whole process. They did exactly what they said they would do, the cost was what they quoted me almost a year ago, and they even explained how it is different than what I had before. They are in my address book as the plumber to call - I have live in the area for 30+ years and have used several different plumbers, this one is a keeper."
