I was clear about the problem I had with the appointment person, that I was experiencing fresh air leakage around the 2-sided gas fireplace, but that the fireplace was working fine. She said they to have someone come out and take a look. The repair person comes out and says they don't handle any fresh air leakage, just that the gas logs are working. So I wasted $225 in a pointless service call."
